Account Settings
Account settings allow you to manage your Returnista account and configure settings that apply across all stores in your account. These settings are available at the account level in the Merchant App.
Account Overview
Setting | Description |

Account name | Your business name as displayed in the system. |
Account ID | Unique identifier for your account. |
Team Management
Manage users and their roles within your Returnista account:

Invite users | Send invitations to new team members. |
User status | Manage user account status (Active, Invited, Disabled). |
Role assignment | Assign appropriate roles to team members. |
Permission management | Configure specific permissions for each user. |
User Roles
Returnista provides different user roles with varying levels of access:

Account Admin | Full account access and management | All permissions across all stores |
Returns Manager | Manage returns and team members | Return management, team oversight |
Returns Agent | Process returns and customer service | Return processing, customer support |
Return Locations
Return locations are created at the account level and can be shared across all stores in your account. See the Return Locations page for detailed configuration options.
