Returns Portal
The Returns Portal settings allow you to customise your customer's experience. All options are available on the Merchant app.
Brand Settings

Logo |
Upload a logo to be displayed in the header of your Returns Portal. Used on log in page and as a favicon. |
Font |
Set the font that represents your brand when customers visit the Returns Portal. |
Cover image |
Upload a main image that represents your brand when customers first visit the Returns Portal. |
Button color |
Select the primary button color used throughout the Returns Portal. |
These features are available for specific ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento):

Offers customers option to create return only with email address. They will receive an email with a link that will show all products from all orders eligible to be returned according to return policy. |

Add the query parameters email and orderNumber to the Returns Portal URL to pre-fill the login form for a specific customer and order. |
