Translations

Translation settings allow you to manage multi-language support for your Returns Portal. This ensures customers can access the return process in their preferred language.

Supported Languages

Returnista offers the Returns Portal in the following languages:

Language Configuration

Setting Description
Enabled languages Select which languages customers can use when accessing the Returns Portal.
Auto-detection Enable automatic language detection based on customer's browser settings.
Language fallback Configure fallback language when translations are missing.

Translation Management

Setting Description
Custom translations Override default translations with your own text.
Email templates Translate email notifications sent to customers.
Return reasons Translate return reason names and descriptions.
Error messages Translate error messages and notifications.
Button labels Translate action buttons and form labels.

Translation Workflow

  1. Enable languages - Select which languages to support
  2. Set default language - Choose your primary language
  3. Review translations - Check default translations for accuracy
  4. Customize text - Override translations with your brand voice
  5. Test experience - Verify translations work correctly
