Installation
Custom App
To integrate your Lightspeed store with our returns management platform, you need to generate an API key and secret key:
- Log in to your Lightspeed eCom back office.
- Navigate to Settings → Store Settings → Developers.
- Create a new API key and ensure it has read access permissions for Orders, Products, and Customers.
- Provide these credentials to our team to complete the setup.
